• Bring with you pre-printed name, address, phone, and wedding date labels. This allows you to quickly enter any drawings or contests you have an interest in. Also bring your day-planner or PDA.
• Bring a large, easy to carry, bag or sack to carry handouts and literature in. Inside the bag have a second bag or separate pouch. Use this to place literature or materials from vendors you were particularly impressed with.
• Make a quick walk around the exhibition hall, taking notes on booths that stand out or catch your attention. Accept all literature, but take no time to talk with vendors.
• Make a second, more deliberate trip, stopping only at those booths you were impressed with.
• Use this time to get more information and even set up appointments.
• Wear comfortable shoes and have a great time!
