If you are renting a hall, having a theme wedding, or hosting a garden reception, you will find a party rental store to be your biggest asset.
Most carry different sized tables and chairs to fit almost any size room. If your room is large and your guests few, you may find that the larger round tables will occupy the space nicely. Oblong tables are appropriate for smaller spaces and more guests.
Tablecloths, china, and napkins come in an array of beautiful colors to enhance your theme. Silverware and glasses are standard for rental. Champagne fountains, silver coffee urns and tea services are available to complete your serving needs. Gazebos, arches, candelabra, kneeling benches, tents and portable dance floors can usually be ordered through your party rental store. Even items such as baby cribs for house guests are available.
If your wedding is outdoors, include a tent or canopy. It is an insurance policy against rain or extreme heat and will allow your guests a chance to relax in comfort. Tents need to be ordered at least two to four months in advance. If it threatens rain the week of your wedding, you will find that all tents have been reserved months before and your entire day could be ruined.
