Two Duos Wrapped Into One!
Unlike most other duos, we provide both instrumental and vocal music, as both our violinist and guitarist are singers, too. So when you choose us as your ceremony musicians, you get much more versatility than most other duos have to offer. Whether it's the classical "Ave Maria" or the contemporary "Breathe", the famous Pachelbel Canon in D, or a tune from Phantom, we can play or sing it for you, and help you create the mood you want on your special day.

Our fee includes meeting with you before your event, to learn about you and what you envision, and to help you select the music that best suits your unique tastes and creates the atmosphere you are dreaming of. We are glad to tailor both the music and process to your needs- we can decide together on specific pieces, or you could give us a general idea about what you want to hear and leave the specifics up to us. If there is a song you would like us to play that is not already on our list, we will learn it just for you! We are reliable, prompt and professional, so you can relax and just enjoy your special moment!

Bruce "Barley" Ahnberg is a veteran guitarist/bassist/crooner. When he is not playing music at a wedding ceremony, he is out playing rhythm guitar and singing lead in his Hot-Club trio, or crooning solo, or rocking the house with his Rock'n Roll Band, or entertaining folks as Rahmil & Barley. He plays bass for various acoustic groups, writes his own songs and sings them, and accompanies Daphna in her musical endeavors.

Daphna Rahmil is a classically trained violinist as well as a trained vocalist. When she is not playing music at a wedding ceremony, she is out performing her own songs as an award-winning singer/songwriter, playing her violin in her rollicking eight-piece Klezmer band, or entertaining as Rahmil & Barley. During the day she is a music docent in elementary school.
