WHAT: An opportunity for couples to meet with wedding professionals in a relaxed informal atmosphere to discuss their upcoming event without sales pressure. Vendors will be companies that SFWP has worked with in the past and to whom they refer their clients. This is an informal presentation of vendors offering breakout sessions that reflect the multicultural needs of couples in the Bay Area. It will be high on content and direct one-on-one communication. Everyone will be a primary wedding vendor – no mortgage, insurance or tax people.

- A small studio set up in the ballroom will offer free engagement photos. Couples will receive a free 4x6 photo within minutes of their mini-session.
- Guests may browse through the ballroom, step out side to view a classic Rolls Royce or take a jaunt in a horse drawn carriage
- The Hornblower Fleet will offer tours to highlight weddings on the bay.
- Breakout sessions will be offered and highlight such topics as photography styles, using a videographer, floral and cake design, Jewish ceremonies, Gay & Lesbian Commitment Ceremonies, hiring a wedding band or DJ and much more.
